Only product(s) returned earlier than seven (7) months before expiration can be accepted for return and credit upon acknowledgment from Altheamed Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Product purchased can only be returned/replaced within six (6) months from purchased.

Altheamed must be notified within seven (7) days upon receipt of products damaged in shipment for return/replacement.

Product must be returned in original packaging with condition and label intact and fully readable including lot number and expiration date upon return and receipt of Altheamed Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Products to be returned due to customer error must be returned within seven (7) days with written request / e-mail acknowledged by Altheamed Pharmaceuticals Inc.
